Intergrafica Print & Pack GmbH is part of the internationally operating Ferrostaal Group. Dr. John Benjamin Schroeder and Dr. Stephan Pintsch are the Managing Directors of Intergrafical Print & Pack.
Dr. John Benjamin Schroeder
Dr. John Benjamin Schroeder studied law and reached his Doctoral degree in insurance law, both at the University of Hamburg.
After working in various positions with solicitors’ firms, banks and trading firms, both within Germany and aborad, he has been active on behalf of MPC Münchmeyer Petersen & Co. GmbH since 1995. Following management affiliates worldwide from 1995 until 1996, Dr. Schroeder became Co-Partner of MPC Münchmeyer Petersen & Co. GmbH as well as Managing Director of the Company’s subsidiary Coutinho Caro + Co. International Trading GmbH in 1996. In 1997 he additionally took over the position of Managing Director of MPC Münchmeyer Petersen & Co. GmbH, including the responsibilities for the Commodities & Machinery and Consumer Goods divisions, as well as the assumption of various executive and Advisory Council functions within the group of companies. His areas of focus are mergers and acquisitions, strategy, reorganisation and restructuring, international trade, legal and human resources.
Dr. Schroeder joined the Executive Board of Ferrostaal GmbH in 2012. As of 2014 he joined the Management of Intergrafica Print & Pack, a subsidiary of Ferrostaal GmbH, as Managing Director.
Dr. Stephan Pintsch
Dr. Stephan Pintsch studied mechanical engineering with the subject of process technology as well as economic sciences at the RWTH Aachen and obtained a Dr.Eng. in process technology in 1989.
After practicing as Management Consultant for A.T. Kearney GmbH in Dusseldorf, Germany, from 1990 until 1993, he took over positions as Head of Department at the Hermes Versand Service GmbH and the Südamerikanische Dampfschifffahrts-Gesellschaft Eggert & Amsinck as well as the position of Managing Director for several subsidiaries of the Otto GmbH & Co. KG. From 2003 until 2006 Dr. Pintsch practiced as an independent Management Consultant and as a docent for logistics at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg, Germany. In 2006 he became Executive Partner at Hunert Tanktechnik GmbH, before taking over the position as Managing Director at Müntzelfeldtwerft GmbH from 2009 until 2011.
Since 2012 Dr. Pintsch is Managing Director of the Intergrafica Print & Pack GmbH in Essen, Germany - a Business Unit of the Ferrostaal GmbH, originating from the former Ferrostaal AG’s Business Unit Equipment Solutions.
